Operations Manager

Role – Operations Manager Salary – £40,000 Location – Manchester or Edinburgh Work Pattern – Hybrid – 3 days in office Oscar Technology are working with a Manchester-based Marketing Agency and are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team at either their Manchester or Edinburgh office. This agency has multiple offices across the UK and are looking to expand their well-established team. Working with clients across a variety of industries, this agency has won many industry awards and has consistently experienced year or year growth. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, leading on a variety of projects and ensuring smooth operations both internally and externally. Demonstrating your tech skills, you will utilise key software to seek opportunities to improve the day-to-day running of the agency. You must be able to manage an array of projects simultaneously and be keen to make a positive impact. What makes this role so great? Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM system.Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Looker, Power BI.An agency background (preferred).
