My Client a construction and property specialist are currently looking for a professional driven administration team leader to join their growing team.

Your new role will require you to have experience in the following areas:
-Managing a team of 10+ administration staff
-Experience with reporting on Team KPI’S
-Performance management for the team and producing reports on your findings
-Setting team and individual targets/ objectives.
-Knowledge of compliance
-Housing and construction industry experience.

Your new role:
-Manage the company’s` administration and frontline customer service team; ensure compliance with the company’s business management system and maintain company policies, procedures, guidelines, and related activities to assist in the continuous improvement and development of the department.
-Ensure administration work is completed and processed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, monitor and provide monthly reports to Business Systems Manager on the department’s agreed minimum performance measures.
-To regularly audit and ensure adherence to company’s standard administration system/procedures.
– Carry out Admin team staff appraisals and manage performance.
