Office based in Audnam in Stourbridge – Commutable fromWordsley, Kingswinford, Brierley Hill, Dudley, Halesowen, Quinton, Oldbury, Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove
OTE 35-40k (basic + bonus) + healthcare + 25 days holiday (+ UK bank holidays and an additional day’s holiday on your birthday) + pension + free parking + Christmas shutdown + training opportunities.

Our ideal candidate with have previousย management experience, ideally within aย sales environment. This role will be managing a small but effective team with responsibility forย internal sales, sales administration and accountingย and we are seeking a manager that can motivate and support the team but also be hands-on, particularly in the area ofย internal sales and account management. The successful applicant will have first classย communication skillsย and be able to think on their feet, prioritise and multi-task. Previousย HRย responsibility and an understanding ofย HR legislationย is advantageous.
Candidates who can show initiative and have a positive attitude will thrive within the business. The Company is growing and continually investing in new software and systems and therefore a candidate who is looking to get involved in the growth of the business, working closely with the MD in moving the business forward would be ideal.
