An award winning Estate Agency specialising in probate cases is seeking an Office Administrator, paying up to £30,000, to help support their team of agents.

This position will be hybrid working, 2 days in the office 3 from home, but some flexibility will be needed. Unlike many position in Real Estate, this is working Monday to Friday with no weekend work expected.

The Office Administrator will be supporting a team of 4 agents and will be supporting with all the administration that goes along with the sales as well as being the first point of contact for clients. Duties will include the following:

  • Listing properties via property portal.
  • Liaising with estate agents.
  • Handle viewing requests.
  • Booking viewings
  • Taking items to the post office.
  • Arrange estate agent valuations
  • Arrange EPCs in a timely manner
  • Ordering floor plans and marketing photos
  • Other administrative duties.
  • Taking new property instructions.
  • Ensuring keys are cut and logged
  • Managing packages delivered to office by representatives
  • Data entry
  • Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will come from an estate agency or property background, with a good understanding of property terminology and legal documentation. You will have excellent administration skills an enjoy being the go to person. A great telephone manner, you will enjoy being the first point of contact for clients. the ability to work in a fast paced and varied environment.
