Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Home Manager
Location – Worthing
I have been approached by one of my clients who is looking for a Home Manager to work for a well-established company who are looking to add important members to their growing team.
The role will be managing a small nursing home with the last CQC inspection being fully compliant.
The main responsibilities of the Home Manager include:
*To ensure home meets CQC standards
*Managing staff correctly and successfully
*Liasing with directors/area manager to ensure targets met
The key skills and experience required for the Home Manager include:
*NVQ Level 4 in health and social care or equivalent
*Experience in the elderly sector
*Proven track record of successfully managing a similar service
*Current nursing qualification with active NMC pin number
