Our client helps uncover children’s unique strengths and abilities in warm and caring settings that have been carefully designed to help children thrive and reach their full potential. They are, an independent nursery and pre-school for children from 3 months to 5 years of age, open 51 weeks a year, 5 days a week, providing high-quality day care and early years education that will make you wish you were a child again.

The Nursery Room Leader candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• room management experience or solid experience as a nursery practitioner

• A love for parent partnerships (you really want to make people happy)

• Have excellent people, time management, and organisational skills 

All candidates undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with previous employers, and have a valid DBS.

Experience:

• room management or nursery practitioner: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Level 3 qualification or higher (required)
