Biggleswade, Kings Reach

Day to day duties of a Nursery Practitioner!;

* Ensure you are working to meet every child’s needs for development and growth

* Working to the highest standard possible!

* Stand by and enforce safeguarding and core values.

* Get to know the families of the children, by engaging with them and offering feedback to keep them up to date with their child’s progress and development

* Communicating and supporting parents with any SEN/ASL needs.

* Be proud to promote our Standards of Excellence in every aspect of your role

* Planning assessments and observations

* Adhere to company policies

* Play your vital part to ensure the Nursery maintains excellent results in audits and visits/reports from external authorities such as Ofsted etc.

What are we looking for in a Nursery Practitioner?

* A fun enthusiastic individual who will embrace our values!

* A passion for the development and care for early year’s children!

* At least 2-3 years of experience caring for and working with children under 5

* NNEB or BTEC Nat Dip or CACHE Dip in Childcare or NVQ level 3 or SVQ
