Salary: £26,000 per year

The role of a Nursery Nurse

* To ensure all children attending the Nursery receive high quality care

* To ensure safeguarding is of paramount importance

* To provide planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Essentials of a Nursery Nurse

* Must have the Level 3 Nursery Nurse Qualification and experience of toddlers.

* Have carried out observations and learning journeys and worked with the EYFS.

* Good understanding of the needs of children.

* Ability to work in a team and work alongside outside agencies.
