Salary: £36-40,000 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience)

Star Bright Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Nursery local to Chelmsford, Essex for an experienced Nursery Manager.

The position available is suited to an experienced Nursery Manager, with a passion for Early Years, can lead by example, develop, and manage a staff team.

You will be working on a full-time basis, all year round.

The ideal Nursery Manager candidate must have:

• A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or above or equivalent)
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of working as a Nursery Manager
• Experience of Ofsted
• A passion for working with children and being a dynamic Leader
