ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
The nursery is open from 7.30am to 6.30pm
from Monday to Friday, all year round. Based in an attractive property converted to create a high-quality children’s nursery. Has an outdoor specious area garden
THE ROLE & BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
* To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
* To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff and retention, providing day to day guidance, training, and support to all staff
* To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times
* To keep abreast of current early childhood thinking/trends
* To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels
* To implement an effective parent liaison program, to be influential in developing strong links with parents
* To manage all day-to-day operations of the nursery
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A manager that has experience of running at least a 70-place nursery with minimum Ofsted Good rated
Have at least two recent years’ experience at once setting
Live within a 30-minute commute
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in Nursery Management and with strong leadership skills
Be qualified minimum Level 3 in Childcare
LOCATION: Purely (Surrey)CR8
TYPE OF ROLE: Full Time – Permanent
HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours a week
SALARY: £43,200 – £45,600a year
