The vacancy

We are looking for a Work Placement Coordinator to join our successful team, to organise work placements for our students. You will liaise with local and regional business, community and develop relationships with employers to enable work placement opportunities for our students. To ensure a high quality placement experience is provided to meet the requirements of their course.

The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, had experience of Customer Service/Business Studies/Sales/working with young people, with related qualification and ideally have previous experience of working within a similar role.

This position 38 weeks per year, actual salary £20,328 – £22,001 per annum.

Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
