This is an exciting time of expansion and growth for the Group, that operates from two Colleges, Doncaster College and North Lindsey College in Scunthorpe and employs over 1300 staff. DNCG will be able to provide you with the opportunity to continue to develop your career and contribute to our ongoing success.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, we are seeking to appoint experienced, organised and people focussed individual, to join our team.

The main purpose of the role will be to work as part of the HR team providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice, guidance and support across a wide-ranging HR portfolio including employee relations, reward and recognition, employee retention and engagement, organisational change, and development. This role will be pro-active in building the HR function across the Group as it continues to evolve whilst developing strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels.

The successful applicant will already have experience of working as a HR Advisor/Business Partner, ideally be CIPD qualified or at least working towards it, practical in approach with a real passion for working with people.

They will be a solution focused individual and be at ease in a changing environment where they feel they can add value. The successful applicant will also be resilient when dealing with challenging situations and adaptable in terms of style.

This position is fixed term up to 1 year maternity cover- working 3 days per week.
