We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Director of MIS to support our Chief Operating Officer – People & Information in implementing the DN Colleges Group’s cutting-edge MIS Strategy. As the driving force behind our data warehouse and reporting layers, you will play a crucial role in providing a robust, outward-facing, objective, and ever-evolving service across our entire organization.

As the Director of MIS, you will lead the charge in business intelligence and data warehouse management, ensuring compliance with statutory and mandatory obligations, while optimising performance, capacity, and demand monitoring. Your expertise will extend to maintaining data quality, conducting audits, and facilitating financial analysis. With your strategic mindset and technical prowess, you will contribute to shaping our data-driven decisions and driving our organization’s success.

To thrive in this role, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. A degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent professional experience will serve as a strong foundation. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build and manage relationships effectively, both internally and externally. Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
