As the Director of MIS, you will lead the charge in business intelligence and data warehouse management, ensuring compliance with statutory and mandatory obligations, while optimising performance, capacity, and demand monitoring. Your expertise will extend to maintaining data quality, conducting audits, and facilitating financial analysis. With your strategic mindset and technical prowess, you will contribute to shaping our data-driven decisions and driving our organization’s success.

To thrive in this role, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. A degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent professional experience will serve as a strong foundation. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
