Must be eligible for SC Clearance i.e. worked in UK for more than 5 years continuous i.e perm resident, UK citizen.

Our client is a leading Network Managed Services company providing 365 / 24 7 end to end managed networks support to large enterprise and telecoms service provider customers.

We seek experienced CCNP or CCNA on route to CCNP Network Engineers that are multi skilled and that are looking to gain more skills in CISCO and Juniper.

You must have strong R&S skills mandatory OSPF BGP EIGRP ideally MPLS, in addition to this if you have Firewall Security experience such as PIX/ASA OR Juniper SSG OR SRX, Wireless OR CISCO Voice CUCM Call Manager

You will be working in the NOC providing remote support to customers across the UK logging on to client networks from the office and troubleshooting faults and making required fixes and escalating as required.

You must have clear and confident communications skills both over the phone and by e-mail as you will liaise directly with customers, 3rd party support companies, Vendor TACs and Internal departments and stakeholders.

This role requires you to works 12 hour shifts 4 days a week followed by 4 days off and then 4 days on. Salary to 32K to 35K
