Night Shift Scanning Operatives

Adecco are currently recruiting for Night Shift Document Preppers/ Operatives to work for our large expanding client based in Hoddesdon up until Christmas with potential to be extended.

You will be working within a production based environment, so there are vital deadlines to be met working to daily targets as a team. If you have an excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind then this is a great opportunity not to be missed working for a large growing company in Hoddesdon.

The working hours are 10.30pm – 7am, Sunday – Thursday. The Salary: is £26,000per year. Any hours worked over the standard 40 hours a week are paid at time and a half.

Job description
Preparing clients’ documents before they are scanned and verified
Taking out staples and unfolding the paper work
Ensuring the paper work is filed correctly
Inputting data on the computer meeting the daily targets
Scanning documents which have been prepared by the team
Checking scanned documents to ensure there are no errors
Liaising with colleagues in the prepping/data entry area to ensure targets are met

Analytical skills
Attention to detail (must be able to spot errors)
Able to work to tight deadlines
Good general administration skills
Team player
Computer literate – MS Office Packages

Please note no interviews are to be held and we are seeking candidates available to start immediately! You will be working within a large open planned office and therefore we really need team players who are happy to muck in and not afraid of hard work!
