Night Shift Loading Bay Team Leader

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced, dedicated and hardworking warehouse Team Leader to support the warehouse nightshift manager in running the efficient operation of an established logistics company. My client is based in Greenford and runs a 24/7 operation.

Skills and experience required:

Working knowledge of Health and Safety
A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory/team leader role
A minimum of 1 year experience working within a high pressured environment is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills will be ideal as the role requires a certain degree of contact with both internal and external clients
Excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate confidently and clearly in writing, via telephone or in person.
The ability to handle and resolve queries with all levels of staff
Intermediate PC skills
Experience working nights
Responsive to the needs of the business
Counter balance forklift licence would be a bonus but not compulsory
Additional Information

This is a 24/7 operation. Normal working hours are from 20:00 – 4:30 & 21:30 – 06:00. you will be requitred to work 5 days a week which could sometimes fall on weekends

The role pays £26,000 – £26,400 per year plus overtime
