Night Receptionist

Favell Recruitment are currently looking for a Night Receptionist to join our Client’s very popular and nationally recognised hotel in Sheffield.

You be part of a very professional team where your main duties will be to make sure that customers have a fantastic and memorable stay. You with be passionate about great customer service and have the motivation to go the extra mile for providing a great customer experience.

Main duties:

· Welcoming customers to the hotel – checking them in both professionally and efficiently

· Listening to your customers and managing any problems or requests they may have showing warmth and genuine interest

· Working together with your colleagues and help out around the hotel when required.

· Keeping up to date with hotel promotions and knowledge of the local area; sharing this with the rest of your team and customers.

· Maintaining Health & Safety throughout the hotel – and being aware of any potential problems.

There will be initial training for the right candidate. However, moving forward there will be long periods of time where you will be expected to work alone and manage the reception desk to a very high standard.

The ideal candidate will be highly presentable with a positive attitude and will enjoy working as both part of a team or on their own initiative.

You will have the will and desire to make the customers stay special. Treating every guest as an individual and making sure their stay is a happy and comfortable one.

Working pattern

Sunday and Mondays – 23:00pm until 07:30am (with additional hours moving forward)

This position is initially to cover maternity leave over 12 months; however, the company do like to promote internally, so this is a great opportunity to impress and become a permanent employee.
