My client, a large Property Management company is looking for a Night Concierge with previous concierge experience to provide a front of house service at a new and exciting 5* luxurious residential development in Battersea London and be responsible for providing a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for residents at all times.

Key duties will include:

*Handling and resolving queries from staff and residents
*Walking around the entire estate each day and notifying Manager of any specific problems that require attention
*Ensuring the tidiness of the development is maintained
*Checking all internal/external lighting etc daily and changing bulbs as required
*Testing mechanical, emergency and other systems weekly and keeping a log as required
*Keeping management store in a clean and tidy condition
*Inspecting and keeping a daily log of gymnasium, leisure equipment and notifying Manager of any problems
*Regularly monitoring CCTV
*Assisting residents with deliveries and holding keys for residents
*Keeping a diary of all works and visits

The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a high-end customer service establishment dealing with the general public. Residential block management experience and experience on a new build/opening of a development is desirable. A 5* hospitality background is advantageous.
