We are currently working in partnership with NHS 111 Providers throughout UK. Our client is based in West London, delivering health advice services 24 hours a day- providing professional health advice and services using high technology telephone triage as a focus on providing care pathways to patients and customers. They are currently recruiting Pathways trained Call Handers to join their busy service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fast growing NHS 111 providers in London that helps you make a genuine difference to the well being of patients’ lives, develop further your communication and telephone skills.

The client offers a competitive annual salary of £26,000 – £29,620.5depending on the hours you work.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
*Must be pathways trained and able to commit to 30 hours per week.
*Must have taken a call within the last 6 months.
*Currently working as a trained Call Handler within this setting.
*Be computer literate.
*Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
