New Schemes Manager position at Trinity Estates
Location – Homebased/Central England with nationwide travel
Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:15 Monday – Friday
Salary – Up to £36k per annum (DOE) (plus £4,500 car allowance)

Do you have extensive experience in residential property management? Then we could have the role just for you! We are looking for a New Schemes Manager to join our ever expanding team!
The role of New Schemes Manager is responsible the handover of developments from New Business Managers to Property Managers and ensuring that the client experience is exemplary.

What will your role look like?
- To undertake the handover of new and previously managed developments from the New Business function into Trinity’s management ensuring a seamless transition.
- Liaise with RMC directors for previously managed sites and be involved in sale proposal to prospective clients.
- To arrange and carry out appointments with developers on site to review newly built communal areas.
- To communicate with specific contacts within each developer to ensure all information/documentation has been provided to carry out a successful handover.
- Complete a handover report for developer lead sites and project manager snags/defects.
- Dealing with enquiries/queries and take a pro-active approach to foresee and resolve any challenges with assistance from the Team Leader.
- Providing information to RMCs on our services prior to them requesting a proposal.
Do you have these skills?
- IRPM level 1 or higher.
- Substantial knowledge of Property Management (4 years minimum).
- Customer Service experience from either a corporate, public sector or private practice.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, the public, stakeholders and industry professionals.
- Client focussed, organised, self-motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, whilst having the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
