The company
My client are a highly regarded Limited business who are one of the main providers for fresh vegetables across the country.
The role
Reporting to the NPD Manager you will takes on the process of new products from the creative concept to product launch. You will play a major part in the relationship my client has with their customers, and the work that NPD do is a big part of retaining these food retailers.
You will lead each project for the NPD Team, collaborating with various inhouse teams to take it from Kitchen to Production, maintain records of all work undertaken to comply with BRC, Customer Codes of Practice, attending meetings and project update sessions internally and externally.
The person
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, you will have a genuine passion for food innovation, knowledge and insight of the food industry, have an understanding of food trends, a keen eye for what looks good and good IT skills.
