New Homes Showroom Host

Our client who are based North of the city are looking for a New Homes Showroom Host to join their company on a Part-Time permanent basis.

Duties Will Include:
– To greet all customers promptly and warmly as soon as they enter the business
– To ensure all customer facing areas of the business are clean and tidy
– Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information
– To manage relationships with all appropriate team members and to ensure optimal communication both verbal and non verbal
– To capture customer details if appropriate and ensure timely follow up
– To learn about the product in order to manage the customer expectation at the early stages of the relationship
