Up to £25,000 + Commission

Based in West Horsley, Surrey

Headline of the Sales Consultant role

✔ Manage the day-to-day sales function on site

✔ Engage with the site management team to create a perfect residential property ready for sale

✔ Ability to carry out business development via internal sales leads, lapsed leads, outbound calls and following up on enquiries

✔ Current or previous new sales experience is a must

✔ Keen to speak to candidates who can strive to achieve excellent customer experience

✔ Ideal candidate will be driven and eager to achieve sales targets

Your key duties as New Homes Sales Consultant

✔ Running of the sales office and associated sales areas

✔ Engage with customers in person, on the please apply line

✔ Work with supportive management team and internal departments
