NEW HOMES SITE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – £18k to £28k – UXBRIDGE

10.30am – 5.30pm

CONTRACT

Barnard Marcus are one of the UK’s leading Estate Agents being part of the Connells Group inc. Sequence with over 480 High Street Branches and we are looking to recruit an on Site Sales Representative for a prestigious development based in Uxbridge.

You must have previous experience Sales, Estate Agency or New Homes Sales experience alternatively have face to face sales and customer service experience to be selected for the role of New Homes On Site Representative.

Your main duties will be

•Listen carefully to ensure you correctly ascertain the customer’s needs from the details provided.
•Welcome all customers in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport
•Match customers to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity.
•Ensure all customers are immediately notified of any newly available properties that may be suitable.
Skills required:.

•Previous SALES experience would be preferable.
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure in a target orientated environment.
•Be computer literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, E-mail systems and the Internet.
•A team player with excellent organisational skills.
