New Homes Sales Advisor

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

A major house builder is looking to recruit Sales Advisers help customers find their dream home and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

You would need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements. These would need to include listening skills, questioning skills, empathy, product demonstration and closing skills.

Reporting to a Sales Manager you’ll be expected to secure profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets
• Maintain the sales areas to the highest standard
• Research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition
• Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
• Maximise the telephone as a sales tool
• Progress secured reservations to completion
• Anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rate
• Ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
• Work as a participative member of the sales team
• Effectively manage all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided

Suitable applicants will ideally have experience selling new homes either directly for a developer or via an Estate Agents.

We will also consider applicants with a genuine desire to work within the new homes sector however, you’ll need to come from a background that has the expectation of delivering first class face to face customer service such as Estate Agents, Cabin Crew, high end retail brand of car dealership.
