The Position

As a NetSuite Admin, you will be responsible for the continued development and maintenance of the NetSuite platform, with addition to the other integrated CRM and Payment systems. These could include Salesforce, Quadient/YayPay, and Anrok. You will be the primary owner, working directly with the global finance team for daily operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily support for NetSuite, including maintenance, and troubleshooting for Finance.
• Be involved with the design and implementation of solutions to solve finance or accounting issues. This will include upgrade, enhancements, and new systems.
• Build and maintain NetSuite workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and searches and reports.
• Involvement across all phases of Testing (UAT, SIT and EUT)

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administration
• Strong experience in supporting, maintaining the NetSuite Finance platform.
• Some understanding of financial activities (billing, payments, accounts receivable, ledger)
• Certifications within NetSuite would be highly preferred.
