National Account Controller

The National Account Controller will be responsible for managing the activity on volume accounts within the general staffing recruitment market place. The focus here is supporting the Branch Network with multi-location clients with multiple opportunities, increasing revenue streams and margin gains.

Achieving (and where possible exceeding) the annual budget for national accounts in their area of responsibility. The NAC will ensure consistent, robust delivery and compliant service to each national account throughout the branch network, whilst communicating the opportunities to the branch network and managing and monitoring a range of Management Information.

Person Specification

Sales Skills and Experience:

• This individual will have a good sales ability, with a high attention to detail allowing them to manage, implement and deliver a comprehensive business development strategy.

• The NAC will have the ability to develop credible relationships at all levels, internally and externally in order to grow existing accounts ensuring that Cordant Recruitment (General Staffing) is perceived as the “agency of choice”.

• Attention to detail is vital, ensuring that tender documents exceed the client’s expectation whilst meeting tight deadlines.

• The NAC will possess expert excel skills and be proficient in producing detailed management reports to support and analyse performance across the network.

• Excellent commercial understanding and the ability to deliver innovative cost models.

• The candidate must have the ability to build client relationships at all levels.

• They will possess the ability to write and deliver bespoke client relationship models and implement them throughout the branch network exceeding agreed key performance indicators to access additional business opportunities

• They will possess the ability to influence the branch network in order to ensure 100% fulfilment rate is met within their designated accounts.

• Excellent communication skills and have the creativity to deliver high quality verbal and written client communication
