Title: Multi Trader (Van/ Fuel card supplied)

Location: North London

Rate: £14.4 – £18 p/h temp

Background

Working on behalf of a leading contractor in the Social Housing repairs sector. We are currently recruiting for a Multi Traders. We have multiple position available

It is typically reactive and planned maintenance from a small repair to small works

Our client is well recognised as a high quality provider of social housing maintenance.

The ideal candidate will come from a maintenance or building background and will have a good all round ability.

Key Skills

The correct candidate ideal would have a core trade and back ground in plumbing to a f work and be NVQ level 2 or 3 and have experience of the below trades:

– Patch Plastering
– Carpentry
– Paint and decorating
– Tiling
– General handyman skills

Applicants must:

– Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
– Be a team player with good communication skills
– Be happy to work alone
– Have good organisational skills
– Have Good Time management
– Fluent in English
– Hard working
– Minimum of 3 years` experience in trade
– Full UK driving license

After a successful temporary position my client is looking to pay salaries of: £24,000-£28,000

Ideally the role is immediate start or ASAP.
