Multi Trade Operative x 3/ Building Maintenance Operative/ Multi Skilled Tradesman (Construction)
£26,000 – £32,460(please see individual roles for salary scales)
Location – Chippenham (Must live within 25 miles of Chippenham)

Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, Multi Trade Operative x 1 £24,591 – £27,050
Permanent Contract, Roofer x1 £21,848 – £24,033
Permanent Contract, Labourer x1 £16,552 – £18,207

All roles are 39 hours per week with additional benefits

Our client currently has opportunities for the Trade positions listed above to join their Responsive Maintenance team. You will have responsibility for undertaking a range of responsive and planned maintenance repair works to ensure their properties are maintained to a high standard.
You will be working on the day to day maintenance of the properties relating to the post applied for. Duties will include carrying out cost effective repairs to the properties, liaising with customers to ensure satisfaction and a good understanding of mobile working / PDA devices, used to issue the work.(Training will be provided)
The successful candidate will be qualified to City & Guilds standard in their building trade (or Trades), or have significant practical building experience.

You will be technically skilled and carry out duties to a satisfactory standard, be able to problem solve whilst on site and be conscientious about completing work thoroughly and to target times.

A positive and professional attitude, the ability to work as part of a team and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Due to the nature of the position a full UK driving licence is essential.
