Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year
My client a property maintenance firm based in the South East of England is looking to hire a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative based in the South East of England. This work will be completing aftercare and maintenance work on properties, all around the south east area, such as Kent, Sussex & the surrey border.
skills:
Must have previous extensive experience within a multi trade role (carpentry preferred) and a background in property maintenance and ability to communicate with customers in a polite and concise manor.
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
overtime also available at X 1.5 pay rate
Salary: £28,800 – £31,200PA
Perks: Company vehicle, workplace pension scheme, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), fuel card and trade cards issued, PPE free uniform, 4 additional leave days can be banked in lieu of working overtime on Saturdays, the company also shuts down over Christmas & new year (usually 24th December until the 2nd January depending on which days these fall on). Discretionary Christmas bonus, No on-call service.
