Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Facilities & Maintenance – London Offices
My client is an small FM service provider, who are actively seeking a 3 x Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a either a Residential Maintenance Engineer near Chancery Lane or on a Foot Mobile Engineer basis covering 4 buildings around Central London. The reason for the hires is to help support their impressive growth strategy of contracts coming out of the Covid lockdown.
The successful candidate will look after the day to day engineering operation as well as managing sub contractors and the onsite client within the building. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, with the motivation to progress into management due planned growth of the contract.
Job Specification:
* Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant throughout the buildings landlords areas and work spaces, such as AHU’s, Pumps, Lighting, BMS, HVAC Issues etc.
* Ensure strong communication clients
* Manage and distribute PPMs amongst the engineering team.
* Organise sub contract labour.
* Organise labour and the procurement of materials and parts.
* Responsible for Health & Safety, risk assessment, permits etc.
* Attend client meetings and assist in monthly reports
* Manage and complete statutory log books.
Salary & Package:
* £45,600.00 Per Annum
* Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
* Overtime Rates at x1.5 & x2.0
* 25 Days Annual Leave
* Pension, Training and Clear Progression into a management role due to planned contract growth.
The Person:
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical OR Mechanical
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Able to write report and carry out quotes.
