Multi Skilled Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter

A building services contractor for a Housing Association established for over 40 years and are leaders in providing full building services currently have key requirements for 5 experienced multi skilled kitchen and bathroom fitters for the decent homes contract.

Job Responsibilities:

As a multi skilled kitchen and bathroom fitter you will have:

· Relevant NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds or equivalent

· As a multi skilled kitchen and bathroom fitter, you will be working in occupied domestic properties in the Decent Homes contract.

· Must have previous experience of working for a Housing Association carrying out kitchen and bathroom fitting.

· Will also be able to tile, paint and make good.

· Paying off a schedule of rates – from 400 to 700 per unit, depending on size.

As a multi skilled kitchen and bathroom fitter working in and surrounding areas, you will be available Tuesday 29th April for induction.
