Multi-Drop Driver

Stafforce Recruitment are now recruiting on behalf of a National Parcel Delivery company based in Leeds, covering Leeds and all surrounding areas.

Our client is looking for experienced 3.5 ton multi-drop drivers to work throughout their busy periods. Drivers will be expected to achieve 50 drops per day to the general public. Due to this you will need to be motivated, with excellent customer service skills.

You will be required to use your own initiative when journey planning, therefore an ability to read maps is essential. Satellite navigation equipment will be provided, but should not be relied upon.
Those who can demonstrate a high quality of work and attitude may be considered for a permanent role.
Start time is 8am daily, finishing when all drops are completed. Ideally candidates will have a flexible approach to working hours in order to accommodate the clients requirements.

The basis pay is £26,000 per year, however overtime is paid after 8 hours a day and Saturdays. The overtime rate is £7.40.

To be considered for this vacancy you must have previous multi-drop experience, and for security reasons must also complete a series of vetting checks and provide solid work history for the last 5 years.
