Salary: £45,600 – £51,600 per year

MRICS Building Surveyor / MRICS Intermediate Building Surveyor – South London

Our client are a mid sized consultancy organisation who specialise in Residential Building Surveying projects, New Build and Social Housing as well as some Education and Leisure projects.

They are seeking a recently Chartered Building Surveyor/ MRICS Building Surveyor for a position based from their offices ( Dependent Upon Covid restrictions) in South / South East London. Our client are operating alternate days of work from the office and from home due to Covid restriction, in some circumstances there is more opportunity to work from home if required. Our client are fortunate to have secured a great pipeline of work, and new projects.

This client started as a family run business over two decades ago, they have kept this ethos within the organisation and pride themselves on looking after and providing support to all their staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to progress quickly with an organisation, as fast track career progression is available with this growing company and you will be able to take responsibility for your workload and assist and mentor other members of staff.

Requirements for the MRICS Building Surveyor / MRICS Intermediate Building Surveyor

MRICS – Chartered Status is a requirement for this Building Surveying role. We are seeking someone who has either recently or in the last few years attained Chartered Status.

The role will require experience of Residential Building Surveys for New Build and existing residential schemes and perhaps some knowledge of social housing and Education projects, but this is not essential.

Along with your Building Surveying experience, you will also have some EA experience, as well as Contracts Administration, along with the ability to manage projects on your own and as part of a team, experience of mentoring less senior members of a team would also be desirable.

Salary & Benefits for the MRICS Building Surveyor/ Intermediate Building Surveyor

A basic salary of £45,600 – £51,600dependant upon experience.
