Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year
We are seeking a Mortgage Product Analyst who will be responsible for the production of regular research on mortgage product sales, product sourcing, market trends, competitor activity and lender market positioning.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and report on the mortgage market and current product trends.
Take ownership of regular product research/statistics.
Analyse product changes and how the change will impact upon current product provision and prepare a daily report.
In conjunction with the Mortgage Product Manager, prepare ad hoc mortgage related reports to assist with research of new propositions/developments.
Second check and distribute management/product information within service levels and ensure it is continually reviewed to ensure it meets the needs of the recipient.
Second check the daily updates of mortgage product details on company websites
To cover other team members in times of absence.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Background in the Financial sector/Mortgages
Background in role demonstrating analytical skills and report writing
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (data manipulation/reporting/graphs)
Prepare power point presentations
Positive Can do attitude
Work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Accuracy and attention to detail
