Currently seeking confident, enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our clients busy and vibrant call centre.

You will be dealing with specific mortgage queries, and will need to be confident that you will be able to answer and resolve all queries within a timely manner.

Our client prides themselves on delivering great customer service, and will be looking for customer service advisors who posses this same work ethic.

Your daily duties will include, daily call handling, use of in house systems, being able to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

This position will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm, and will be subject to a full credit and criminal back ground check.

annual salary of is £26,000per year and will be an ongoing Temporary position.
