Mortgage Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a mortgage Advisor for our well known client. This is a permanent position in Romford.

To support our goal of bringing more competition and choice to the UK market, we are looking for a professional mortgage advisor who is CeMap qualified, totally focused on customer excellence and able to exceed business expectations.

This is a front line role where you will provide specialist advice on our customers’ largest purchase, delivering tailored mortgage and protection solutions whilst ensuring that your branch colleagues are armed with the skills and knowledge they need to make effective referrals.

You will work in close partnership with the local management team and will be accountable for providing a high quality, compliant service to the existing client base as well as consistently meeting the needs of and prospecting for new clients. Using your qualification and proven ability, you’ll slot straight into our branch team.

The successful candidate will be a team player who has strong planning and control skills and is able to work within a challenging environment.

It is important that we all do business in the right way and part of that means meeting our responsibilities under UK Financial Services regulations.

As this is a regulated role covered by the Certification regime, it’s important to note that people performing the role will be subject to regulatory references, annual credit and criminal record checks, as these are ways in which we meet those responsibilities.
