Mobile Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer – Kent & Sussex

I currently have an urgent requirement for a Mobile Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer with Security Clearance already in place.

General Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of Building Maintenance with PPM and Reactive tasks as required. Responsible for all record keeping associated with works carried out including quality, health & safety and environmental documentation.

Carrying out reactive calls, planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work, including overtime when and where requested, due to the nature of the contract. There is also a requirement to participate in an out of hours call out rota

A methodical approach to work is required, checking each element is complete. You will have excellent communication and always use / follow company safety policies and procedures and adhere to all Health and Safety legislation in place.

Main Tasks:
• Responsible for all areas of Building Maintenance
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic M&E tasks
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety

Required Experience:
• Appropriate experience in a similar role
• A comprehensive understanding of all areas of Building Maintenance
• Experience of Joinery
• Building Plant
• Basic Plumbing
• High Voltage
• Electrical / Mechanical Work
• Emergency lighting (Recording of Testing)
• Fire and life safety systems (Recording of Testing)
• Plumbing and Sanitary ware
• Water Treatment
• Working knowledge of BMS

Qualifications:
• Recognised qualification in a skilled industry.
• 17TH Edition
• City & Guilds
• High Voltage (desirable)
