Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
Mobile Lifting Equipment Engineer
Location: Northampton
£40,000 – £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card – Paid Travel
Rota: Monday – Friday DAYS
Overtime: Paid At An Increased Rate
My client, a National Construction companies Plant and Lifting Division, is looking for a qualified and experienced Lifting Equipment Inspector to join their mobile fitter team.
The Lifting Equipment Inspector will be working on a range of Lifting Equipment – Chain Slings, Electrical Chain hoists, Pull lifts, Genies, Tirfors, Hydraulic Jacking Equipment etc.
The main responsibilities of the Lifting Equipment Inspector will include;
Load testing, Pull testing, Destructive testing, Manning the rigging loft and inspection of lifting accessories. Maintaining lifting equipment, chains, shackles, man riding equipment and general lifting tackle.
Travelling to sites to test and certify lifting equipment.

Must have a LEEA Lifting equipment general diploma as a minimum qualification
Experience in a similar role within the last 2 years
A full UK Driving licence
