Midweight Digital Designer

Our client, an award winning Digital Marketing Agency specialising in creative and SEO campaigns is looking for an experienced and creative Midweight Digital Designer with a passion for digital design and a can do attitude. The Midweight Designer will work closely with the Creative Production Manager and the Web Development team to brainstorm and come up with ideas for creative campaigns for clients and internally, including interactive and static visual assets, app/online tool ideas and design, responsive websites, landing pages, videos and promotional material.

The Midweight Designer will create briefs, outlines and timeline projects. You will work with the campaign team to agree, refine and adapt to any alterations ensuring everyone is on the same page, deadlines are met and work is on spec. As the Designer, you must take ownership of all creative briefs given to you; creating well thought out and quality design work, including:
• Interactive and static visual assets, adhering to various brand guidelines and/or outreach target requirements
• Responsive web design, from single landing pages to entire websites
• Online tools/apps
• Brand development and logos
• Offline designed material such as banners, badges and promo material
• Social and campaign material
The Midweight Designer is a vital part of the team and is responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the agency. You should be:
• An excellent communicator and willing to communicate frequently and clearly with all team members
• Open to feedback, constructive criticism and able to ask for help and advice when needed
• Comfortable with recording the projects you are working on and have completed for internal use and transparency with clients
• Positive minded and passionate about your work and willing to share your knowledge with others
• Experienced in digital design, have strong illustration skills and a creative and technically brilliant portfolio
• Experienced in responsive design, motion graphics experience would be a bonus
