Merchant Sales Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 per year

A national, leading manufacturer with offices in Sheffield have a new, opportunity for a tenacious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join a small team.

The role will involve the following duties:

* Contribute to business achievements, involving monthly & yearly budget objectives

* Supporting the External Sales team with the development of new business

* To liaise directly with customers and external sales team on a daily basis

* Raising quotations

* Generating and processing customer orders

* Coordinating stock

* Managing delivery expectations

* Following up on customer enquiries

* Maintaining a prompt, customer-focused response

* Excellent relationship-building skills

* Excellent communication skills

Ideally, the following skills and experience will be required:

* A background within a Sales Administration/Coordinator position would be desired but not essential

* Conversant with MS Packages

* A flexible and approachable manner

* Strong customer-service skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Good level of English, written and oral

The role is offered with a competitive salary package, commensurate with level of experience, up to £30,000, Monday to Friday working hours 8am – 5pm, 25 days annual leave + onsite car parking + pension
