Media & Marketing Officer – West Midlands

Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading NHS Trust in the West Midlands who are looking to recruit an experienced Media and Marketing Officer initially on a 6 months basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Workforce Resourcing and Assurance you will be working within a highly talented team who are recognised for their hard work and commitment. Your new role as Media & Marketing Officer:

Reporting directly into the Head of Workforce Resourcing and Assurance you as the Media and Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing and developing the Trust’s campaign and promoting the Trust as an employer of choice through all forms of digital and social media, ensuring that the Trust remains at the forefront of digital communications and ahead of its competitors.

You will work closely with managers throughout to develop digital recruitment strategies in line with the Trusts overall recruitment policies. Accountable for developing innovative digital communications strategy for recruitment, proactively managing social media platforms and the trusts recruitment website coordinating the promotions and campaigns on behalf of the Trust. Other key responsibilities include manage, motivate, persuade and influence stakeholders to ensure optimum use of all available recruitment resources, providing advice and making recommendations on recruitment strategies.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

Ideally degree qualified you will have experience of using social media management tools, external medial and marketing business environment, recruitment open days and working within a similar environment in the NHS. You will also possess excellent communication, visual, interpersonal and creative skills, high levels of accuracy and proven ability of developing digital solutions.
