Mechanical Fitter

A leading engineering services provider to the sewage industry currently require the services of an experienced Mechanical Fitter on an ongoing contract basis paying £18 ph via a ltd / umbrella company.

The successful mechanical fitter will be travelling to a range of wastewater treatment sites to complete the inspection and maintenance of a range of mechanical equipment including pumps, electric motors and gearboxes.

Suitable candidates will be apprentice trained mechanical fitters with a good knowledge of pumps, valves etc. The role will have some confined spaces work, so you will ideally hold a confined spaces qualification (CP2, C&G).
