The Role

As the successful Mechanical Engineering – Technical Sales Coordinator (CAD) your responsibilities will include compiling technical specifications, providing and issuing drawings and calculations and liasing with end user customers and the sales team. You may also migrate to fleet support in busy times to give additional customer support with regards to warranty claims and problem solving out in the field. There is potential in this great role to progress within the engineering department and within other areas of this rapidly expanding company.

The Candidate

As the successful Mechanical Engineering – Technical Sales Coordinator (CAD) you will be highly motivated, bright and be able to negotiate with customers at all levels. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally will have a mechanical engineering qualification and have experience in using 2D CAD. Experience with 3D modelling would be useful but training will be given on Solidworks. Some practical engineering skills are advantageous.
