We are working with an education provider in the Essex area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join their team.

The position is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 37 hours per week, and successful candidate will deliver classroom-based training on the Mechanical Engineering BTEC Extended Diploma (up to level 3).

The starting salary for this position goes up to a maximum of £48,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), which would also include a teacher’s pension, and a 55 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 engineering qualification
-Good knowledge of Mechanical Principles & Engineering Maths

Please note that a teaching qualification is not mandatory for prospective applicants (as they would be able to put you through one on the job), but candidates without one would start on a lower salary than someone who is fully qualified.
