In this role you will be responsible for the design of sheet metal enclosures, amongst other things, as well as bridging the gap between design, manufacturing and production.

Position:

*Mechanical Design Engineer
*£30,000 – £35,000 + Progression + 25days + Pension
*Design of sheet metal enclosures and component parts
*Create and Maintain product assembly models using Solidworks 3D
*Take ownership of the process documentation control and release
*Work closely with manufacturing and production to get specification right first time

Person:

*Mechanical design engineer
*Experienced working with sheet metal
*3D CAD software experience
*Experience on Solidworks desirable but not essential
