Salary: £330 – £360 per day
The Client
Our client are a UK wide construction and regeneration group who work on major projects within infrastructure, D&B, construction and refurbishment. They are currently recruiting for Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors to work on a project in Barrow with a start date of March/ April. for a duration of 18 months.
The Role and its Responsibilities
- Site management of electrical/mechanical teams
- Accurate progress reporting
- RAMS on site
- Ensuring standards, guidelines and specification is adhered to
- Up to date with IEE wiring regs/mechanical regs/installation and testing of Process Gas Piped Systems for mechanical counterpart
- Maintainance of Inspection and Test Plans
- Management and updating of Programme of Works
- Installation and testing of LV distribution systems
The Individual
The client is looking for M&E candidates who have experience at working on large infrastructure projects as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team. You must be able to ensure the works are carried out to a high standard and be able to identify and rectify poor installation works. You must be able to work to scale drawings and Datum’s.
Skills and Qualifications
- SC clearance advantageous
- Familiarity with intelligent lighting control systems
- Current SMSTS/SSSTS
- IPAF card preferable
- Not afraid of heights!
Salary and Package
£330 – £360 per day
