Salary: Circa ยฃ50,000 depending on experience

The opportunity:

Are you passionate about creating impactful supplier relationships? Do you want to work in an international function?

Come and join our Industrial Policy, Supply Chain & Procurement (ISP) team and lead the evaluation and development of an exciting assigned portfolio. Your ability to lead and influence, with a continuous improvement mindset, will ensure the creation of a robust, sustainable and impactful Supply Chain.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in complex international programmes in this unique role and be exposed to a range of sophisticated and technologically-advanced products and technologies. The role will offer collaboration, travel and engagement with other MBDA sites and suppliers.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of root cause analysis, 8Ds, A3s and Fishbone
  • Proven experience within a manufacturing environment with capability and capacity expertise
