My client secondary school has a full academic years position on offer from September for a recent Mathematics gradate with aspirations of becoming a Maths teacher in the future.

This role will require you to work on both a 1 to 1 basis with pupils who require extra support and also small groups of pupils within the Maths Department. Your main focus will be to remove pupils barriers to learning and work with them to raise their confidence and boost their grades.

The school itself is a large mixed secondary school that is well funded and exceptionally well resourced. The school absolutely values having Graduate Teaching Assistants working with their pupils as they recognise that their students look up to you and you act as their mentor and role models.
