Senior Materials Buyer- Housebuilder – Shropshire
Negotiable Salary (up to £54,000) + Package
Established Housebuilder looking to strengthen their commercial team with a Materials Buyer in Shropshire to support long-term growth plan.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager; you will be responsible for all materials buying requirements for all developments within the region whilst developing a procurement strategy for each development to ensure key dates are met. You will be either an experienced buyer or senior buyer with related construction industry experience.
In return, the company will offer an excellent basic salary (tailored to suit the successful applicant), car allowance, bonus, pension.
